Reps open the map and see every address in their territory. Each knock is one tap: not home, come back, interested, sold and more, so the next rep knows exactly where things stand.

A clear welcome, and a real agreement to sign
Right after signing up at the door, the customer gets a text and an email with their plan, price, install date and the provider's agreement. They read it and sign with their finger, then download a PDF copy.

One company number for every install
Installers call and text customers from one toll-free company number, not their personal cell. Customers reply YES or NO to confirm their install time, and the sales rep can see that it's confirmed.

We only text people who signed up for internet service with one of our reps and said yes to texts. We never send marketing texts.

ISP Advisor
ISP Advisor (legal name Kellim Marketing LLC, based in Ava, Missouri) is an authorized sales agent for internet service providers such as Total Highspeed. Our reps go door to door, help families pick the right internet plan, and get them signed up and scheduled for installation.
Mission Control
Mission Control is the software we built to run that work: the map, the rep and manager apps, the customer welcome and e-signature pages, and the company phone number our staff use to reach customers. ISP Advisor owns and operates it. Staff log in at login.m-ctrl.app.
