This policy explains how ISP Advisor (Kellim Marketing LLC, "we", "us") handles information in Mission Control, the app our sales reps, managers and installers use when we sign customers up for internet service on behalf of providers such as Total Highspeed, and on this website.
What we collect
- Your name, service address, phone number and email, given to our sales rep when you sign up
- The plan you chose, your install date, and your account number with your internet provider
- Your signed agreement, with the time, IP address and device you signed from
- Texts and calls between you and our staff through our number, including call recordings (you hear a notice before a recorded call)
- For our own staff using the app: name, contact details, work activity and, while clocked in, location
We do not collect or store card or bank numbers. Payments are set up in your internet provider's own billing system.
How we use it
To set up and install your service: creating your account with your internet provider, sending your welcome details and agreement, scheduling and confirming your installation, and answering your questions.
Who we share it with
Your internet provider (for example Total Highspeed), so it can create your account and install your service, and the service providers that run the app for us (hosting, email and texting). They may only use it to provide those services.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies and has no sign-up form. If you email or call us, we use your details only to answer you.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with access limited to the staff who work on your account. Signed agreements and recordings are kept with your account records for as long as we need them for your service and our legal obligations.
